I found this video Gluten-Free Craze on Bing Video and I must say It irritated me when I heard that the video called it a Craze. This is not a craze people, its a lifestyle choice because we have to eliminate it. It did have some basic information but I didn't learn anything from it that I didn't already know. I posted the link because I thought it was interesting that they called it a craze and it mentions nutritional deficiencies in the Gluten Free Foods.
Probably Friday or Thursday I am going to set down and make out list for groceries and make sure I get all that I need to make my Gluten free products. I also need to get a candy thermistor, and half cake sheets that are not 30$ a pan! I want to do a twist on some Almond Brittle. Wish me luck, and check out this video.
