Well, I promised you guys I would put the Instruction booklet for the coffee maker. I was hoping to scan it in however, I don't have access to one, so I figured I would just type out the instruction booklet. Well the important things anyway, the common sense stuff I will omit.
I will say though in my first review I didn't bring up the fact that when you use the Carafe, the mouth is a bit narrow and coffee spills as you pour. Major set back for sure, but I never noticed it as I always pop the lid of the carafe up to prevent drippage. So with that being said one with the Instruction Booklet! Also the customer care number seems elesuive online so here it is. 866-405-9934. Hope that helps.

Thank You for the on-line instruction guide. My coffee maker quit working and I bought your coffee maker at Target for a discounted price, and therefore, it did not come with the instructions. I love this coffee maker. It is soooo much more quieter than my last one and it makes a way better cup of coffee than my previous coffee maker. Thank You!!
My coffee maker is great had it two years, but the timer light/button isn't working now so I cannot have my coffee ready for me when I wake up, any way I can home fix this ? Or should I just buy a new coffee maker :(
Since I broke the carafe while washing it, where can I purchase a replacement for this coffeemaker? I have searched online to no avail. Thank you.
I also broke the carafe and cannot find a replacement anywhere. My coffee maker is sitting in the garage unuseable. Is there any chance we will be able to get replacement carafes? I'd like to be able to use the coffeemaker again.
okay guys let me take a look at what i find!
carafe maker, Cuisinart. They gave me the correct number to find a replacement. The number to order a replacement: 1-800-726-0190. A replacement carafe is $24.00 plus approx. $4 shipping and handling.
I just spent an hour searching for a replacement carafe. I noticed that Target did not carry them. Since I bought the coffee maker at Target, it would be wonderful if perhaps they could carry the carafe replacement :)
