Good morning,
First off I wanted to apologize at the lack of posting in the few months. I have been working through issues with my diet. After a few tests we have determined that I have issues with gluten and a hormonal imbalance (insert dramatic music here). With these struggles I have really hated having to think about food and frankly lost my joy for cooking. Food was becoming the monster I never wanted it to be.
At first I felt like I was doomed to be even more selective with my food choices. I already feel due to my digestive issues I cut out so many delicious foods from my diet and now with this, even more?? After doing a oh poor me day, I took my big girl pill and began doing what I do best! Research! So in the next few days I will update you on products and reviews of gluten free foods, and explain some of these terms.
I would just like to thank my readers for sticking with me and You will see more in the next few days.
