The atmosphere is typical of a Chinese restaurants. You have smiler decorations on the wall, fake bamboo and similar condiments on the table. The place is pretty old looking, the carpets were clean but warn. At first I thought, geesh what an old place but then was like well the carpet looks old as if it had high traffic pattern. You don't come in to the restaurant for the atmosphere here, you come for the food and it was Delicious!

We also had Goi Cuon which is Fresh Rolls for $2.95. These rolls were made with steamed shrimp; rice noodles wrap with basil, mints, cilantro, and lettuce in rice paper and were most delicious! The prices can not be beat here at Saigon Bay! We had so much soup we actually took it home to eat later. The only draw back I have with the food, and really it’s my own preference; is that the duck in my Mi Vjt Tiem was so large it was hard to eat with chop sticks.
The Staff here at Saigon Bay are warm and friendly and came to our table often to refill our tea or to check if we are enjoying the food. One thing I did notice was that the staff did come over a few more times than I would have liked but all in all they were nice, friendly and clean. I can not wait to go back and enjoy more soup!
